Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Roze iPhone app and related support pages.

1. Eligibility and accounts

By using Roze, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you download Roze from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard end-user license terms may also apply to your use of the app.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and update it when needed.

Roze is not intended for children under 13.

2. Virtual try-on service

Roze provides AI-assisted virtual try-on previews based on the photos, clothing images, prompts, and settings you submit.

AI-generated outputs may vary. Roze does not guarantee that any generated result will match real-world fit, fabric behavior, color accuracy, or final appearance.

Roze may provide sizing guidance, but no fit outcome is guaranteed.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Available plans may include a set number of try-ons or credits during the applicable billing period.

Standard try-ons cost 1 credit. Premium try-ons cost 3 credits.

Subscription plans may include a set number of try-ons or credits during the applicable billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by Apple terms. Your Apple account is charged at confirmation of purchase and may be charged within 24 hours before renewal.

Plan names, features, prices, credit amounts, and billing periods may change as permitted by law and App Store rules. The purchase screen in the app will show the current plan details before purchase.

4. Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, refunds, and payment management may be subject to Apple terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Refunds, payment disputes, proration, billing retry, and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.

Restore purchases checks whether your Apple account has an active Roze subscription and attempts to reconnect it to your Roze account. Restore purchases does not create free extra credits.

If Apple reports a refund, chargeback, expiration, cancellation, billing issue, or subscription change, Roze may adjust your access or credits accordingly.

5. User content

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the photos, clothing images, prompts, and other content you submit to Roze.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, exploitative, harmful, sexually explicit in prohibited contexts, or otherwise violates applicable law or Roze rules.

6. License to operate the service

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Roze a limited license to process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service, including generating try-on previews, saving looks you choose to save, providing support, enforcing safety rules, and complying with legal obligations.

This license ends when your content is deleted from Roze, except where limited retained copies or metadata are needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit purposes.

7. AI outputs

Generated outputs are created by AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Roze does not guarantee styling results, purchase decisions, clothing fit, body representation, or product availability.

You should not rely on Roze as a substitute for professional tailoring, medical, health, fitness, or safety advice.

8. Safety and enforcement

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if we believe it is necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

9. Saved looks, export, and deletion

Generated looks are saved only when you choose Save. You can delete individual looks in the app, and you can delete your account through the app settings.

Account deletion is intended to delete your Roze account, private generated images, saved looks, Collections, and profile data. Limited pseudonymized safety, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or audit metadata may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Account export is metadata-only and does not include raw images, storage paths, signed image URLs, private internal service payloads, receipts, or secrets.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt Roze; attempt to access another user's account or private content; abuse subscriptions, credits, support, or restore flows; use bots or automated systems without permission; attempt to extract private API keys, provider data, or system prompts; or use Roze for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

11. Intellectual property

Roze and its branding, software, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Roze or its underlying technology to you.

12. Third-party services

Roze depends on third-party services for functions such as hosting, authentication, AI generation, safety checks, analytics, storage, and Apple in-app purchases. Your use of Roze may also be subject to applicable third-party terms.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Roze, except as required by applicable App Store terms.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or guaranteed styling or fit results.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

15. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using Roze at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use Roze in a way that may harm users, Roze, or third parties.

17. Governing law

These Terms are intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Your local consumer protection rights may still apply and are not limited by these Terms.
