Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Roze collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information when you use the Roze iPhone app, website, and support pages.

1. Who we are

Roze is an AI virtual try-on app that lets users upload a person photo and clothing images, generate private try-on previews, save looks to Collections, and receive sizing guidance.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, sign-in method, account identifiers, and profile details you choose to provide, including name, gender preference, height, weight, sizing system, usual sizes, and fit preferences.

We collect content you upload or create in the app, including person photos, clothing and accessory images, optional prompts or style notes, generation settings, generated try-on images, saved looks, look names, Collections, favorites, reports, and related metadata.

We collect subscription and credit information needed to track plan status, restore purchases, confirm available try-ons, prevent abuse, and support billing-related account records.

We may collect device, diagnostic, and analytics information such as app version, device type, operating system, screen views, sign-in status, purchase status, generation status, save/delete actions, crash information, error information, and performance events.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Roze features, generate virtual try-on previews, save and organize looks, provide sizing guidance, authenticate accounts, sync account data securely, process subscription access and try-on credits, restore purchases, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal, safety, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.

We use analytics and diagnostics to monitor reliability, detect abuse, fix bugs, and improve the app experience.

3. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Roze, such as cloud hosting, database, private storage, authentication, AI generation, safety, analytics, diagnostics, subscription, purchase infrastructure, and support providers.

These providers may process information on our behalf to provide the service. We do not sell your photos or saved looks.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your uploaded photos, generated looks, saved looks, or body/fit details for third-party advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, investigate abuse, respond to legal process, or protect Roze and its service providers.

4. Photos, generated images, and saved looks

Roze treats person photos, clothing photos, generated images, saved looks, body/fit details, and style history as sensitive user content.

Uploaded photos are used to provide try-on features. Generated looks are not saved to your Collections unless you choose Save. Saved looks are private to your account, and different accounts should not see each other's saved looks.

Signed image links are temporary. Account export is metadata-only and does not include raw images, storage paths, signed image URLs, private internal service payloads, receipts, or secrets.

5. Safety and moderation

Roze uses safety checks to help prevent misuse. We may process limited safety-related information, including coarse moderation status, blocked attempt metadata, appeal notes, report reasons, timestamps, and audit metadata.

User reports should include reason and optional note only. They should not include raw images, prompts, signed URLs, or private internal service payloads unless Roze explicitly designs and discloses a separate review workflow.

When needed for safety, fraud, legal compliance, or operational integrity, we may retain limited pseudonymized review or audit metadata.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Purchases are handled by Apple. Roze receives limited purchase and subscription information needed to confirm your access, restore purchases, prevent duplicate credit grants, and keep your credits in sync. Roze does not receive or store your full payment card details or Apple account password.

7. Analytics

We may use analytics and product measurement tools to understand feature usage, app performance, and reliability. Analytics does not intentionally include raw photos, prompts, generated images, signed image URLs, or private internal service payloads. We do not use your uploaded photos or saved looks for advertising.

8. Data export and deletion

You can request an account export from within the app. Account export is metadata-only and does not include raw uploaded images, generated image files, storage paths, signed URLs, private internal service payloads, receipts, or secrets.

You can also delete your account in the app. Account deletion is intended to remove your Roze account, private generated images, saved looks, Collections, and profile data, subject to limited retention described below.

9. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Roze, maintain your account, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records.

Unsaved completed generation results may be temporarily recoverable for a limited time so you can return to the app and save or discard them. Saved looks remain until you delete them or delete your account.

After account deletion, Roze is intended to delete your account, private generated images, saved looks, Collections, and profile data. We may retain limited pseudonymized safety, billing, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit metadata when legally or operationally required.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

In the Roze app, you can export account metadata, delete individual saved looks, delete your account, clear local device cache, manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple, and restore purchases.

If you are in Canada, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another place with privacy rights, you may also have rights to know what we collect, access a copy of certain information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, export information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or contact a privacy regulator. To make a request, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Legal bases

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, Roze processes personal information to provide the service you request, with your consent, to comply with legal and platform obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, reliability, abuse prevention, support, analytics, and product improvement.

12. Children

Roze is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly provide the service to children under 13.

13. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from your local laws. When information is transferred internationally, we use measures intended to protect it in accordance with applicable law.

14. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. App Store privacy information

Roze's App Store privacy details should match this Privacy Policy and the actual app behavior. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information where required.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
